Helping brands find their place and meet real needs.
Milkkarton is my creative alias.
I am Sarah Ghanimeh, a market researcher and strategist who turns data and insights into growth that lasts. With over 25 years of experience across local and global markets, I navigate complexity to build clear, practical market fit. Two decades with iconic multinationals built the analytical rigor I bring to every project, including my work with small brands and slow producers, where my heart truly lies.
We give leaders total clarity on their numbers, operations, and market space by bringing data, operational clarity, and human empathy into the same room.

Why Milkkarton?
In 2012, a colleague, a client, and I set out to launch a company creating, importing, and distributing niche products. We named it Milkkarton (inspired by how milk cartons were used to display missing people due to their wide reach) to emphasize two things: great distribution and niche, funky products.
As I mentioned in my first article, we eventually paused the project as our separate activities grew, but I kept the name and domain ever since.
