Project Focus
Leading a strategic training and mentoring program for 35 Egyptian Green Service Providers to transform their green economy offerings. This involved developing practical frameworks for business models, pricing, partnerships, and branding.
What we aimed to solve
To enable providers to think both as a business and an ecosystem. The goal was to move away from a "textbook" approach and equip them with tools they could apply immediately to refine their service design and market positioning.
The Context
While many green service providers have high technical expertise, they often lack the business acumen or the practical know-how to turn theories into an executable strategy for their day-to-day work.
The Strategy
A four-module training program designed to transform technical entities into business-centric, market-aware providers. We integrated business model strategy, pricing and costing discipline, branding and communication, and partnership frameworks to ensure long-term commercial sustainability.
The Process
The assignment was implemented in four distinct phases: (1) Assimilation and Customization (Needs assessment and mapping), (2) Content Design (Tool development), (3) In-person delivery and peer exchange, and (4) Post-training assessment.
Evidence of Impact
• Strategic Direction: 88% of firms confirmed the program significantly influenced their strategic path.
• Execution Confidence: 82% felt fully confident in applying new models and brand strategies.
• Market Expansion: 73% of businesses successfully expanded into specialized services (ESG, CBAM, GHG) to meet international requirements.
• Satisfaction: 97% reported high satisfaction, with a 94% engagement rate.
